Elliotts Family Club Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions set out how the Elliotts Family Club (“the Club”) works. By using your Family Code and booking services with Elliotts Cleaning and Property Services LTD (“Elliotts”), you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Membership of the Club is available to all employees of Elliotts’ commercial clients.

Membership extends to the employee’s household (family members living at the same residential address).

Membership is free of charge and provided automatically as part of our client partnership scheme.

3. Discounts & Benefits

Club members are entitled to 5–10% discount on selected Elliotts services, including:

Domestic cleaning

Gardening & outdoor maintenance

Handyman & decorating services
-
Window cleaning
-
Holiday home management & lettings support
-
Pet care services (e.g., dog walking, pet sitting, holiday cover)

The discount level may vary depending on the service. Elliotts will confirm the discount at the time of booking.

Discounts apply to labour charges only unless otherwise stated. Materials, equipment, and specialist items may be charged at full price.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or vouchers.

4. Booking & Payment

To access benefits, members must provide their unique Elliotts Family Code when booking.

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

Payment terms are in line with Elliotts’ standard service agreements.

Failure to provide a valid Family Code at the time of booking may result in the discount not being applied.

5. Use of Membership

Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by eligible employees and their households.

The Family Code should not be shared outside of the household. Misuse may result in membership being suspended or withdrawn.

Elliotts reserves the right to verify eligibility with the employer at any time.

6. Service Standards

All services provided under the Club are subject to Elliotts’ usual terms of business, service agreements, and cancellation policies.

Elliotts aims to provide priority scheduling for Club members, but availability cannot always be guaranteed during peak times.

7. Changes & Termination
-
Elliotts reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace the Family Club scheme (including discount rates) at any time.

If a commercial client ends their contract with Elliotts, employees will no longer be eligible for membership.

Elliotts may suspend or terminate individual memberships in cases of misuse or abuse of the scheme.

8. Liability

Elliotts accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Family Club benefits, other than as required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Privacy

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Elliotts’ Privacy Policy.

By using the Family Club, members consent to Elliotts processing their information to manage membership and deliver services.
